Her Cheating Ex-Husband Called Her A Hippo, Then She Lost 130 Pounds And Looks Incredible
By Madison Disanto 1 day ago
If there’s one thing I’ll never understand, it’s cheating. Sure, romantic relationships are bound to get rocky especially when they span years and years, but it’s our duty to either be faithful and work it out or to do the other person the kindness and leave before things go down the path of infidelity.

Still, people can’t seem to grasp that second one. I mean, if you are truly unhappy with someone and you don’t think the relationship can be repaired, why not just leave? Even if there are children involved and leaving is the hardest thing to do, we should always respect the people we’re with enough to end it before bringing on the shame and pain of infidelity.
One mother was on the receiving end of that cruelty when her husband and father of her children cheated on her and insulted her in a way that would break anyone’s heart.

Women get a lot of flack for gaining weight during and after pregnancy. While we should be out here looking on in total amazement that someone just brought a human life into the world, plenty of people mock and shame women who can’t (or just plain don’t want to) get back into “pre-baby shape” right away.

She totally cut sugar out of her diet and started taking Zumba classes with her sister. Right before her very eyes, her body and life changed. She lost 130 pounds, and while she was super pretty before, she’s a total bombshell now! I sincerely hope that her ex-husband weeps when he looks at how his ex is thriving.

“Now I honestly feel that what he did was a blessing because otherwise, I would have been the way I was forever. I prayed all the time for my life to change and my prayers were answered, just maybe not in the way I envisioned, but I got a second shot at a fresh start and I’m grateful for that,” she said.

Check out this amazing dashcam footage to see a Tesla car apparently predicting a car crash just seconds before it happened. Realizing that an accident was about to occur on the A2 highway in the Netherlands, the car’s autopilot feature, which assists the car to sense what’s up ahead by utilizing safe-driving-pattern monitoring, triggered the alarm and the emergency braking system moments before the crash unfolded. Despite the high-speed collision however, Hans Noordsij, who recently shared the video on Twitter, confirmed that nobody was serious hurt in the crash.

Tesla is expected to roll out its Enhanced Autopilot before the end of the year. Along with improved accident-avoidance technology, the Autopilot will also feature self-parking and automatic lane-changing capabilities. “The foundation is laid for cars to be fully autonomous at a safety level we believe to be at least twice that of a person, maybe better,” said Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla.

We have all seen function keys before. They are those keys marked F1 to F12 on our computer keyboards. Most of us rarely use these keys when at the computer, but knowing how to use them can be really helpful.

Function keys can save you a lot of time if you know how to use them properly. Take a look at the diagram below.

Do you ever toss and turn in bed trying to determine which position would be best for you to sleep in? Some people have already determined the answer to that question, but for many, doubt seeps back in every time they have trouble falling asleep. Will you feel more rested on your back? Would lying on your stomach be better? As it turns out, not only do experts say you should stick to your side, but they even recommend a specific one at that.

Dr. John Douillard turns to ayurveda, an alternative form of medicine from India, to explain how sleeping on your left side may be the ideal way to give your body the rest it needs. Here’s a few reasons why this side is seemingly the best one for the job.

1. Spine And Breathing

Joint Essential explains that unless you take specific measures to ensure proper positioning in bed, you should stick to your side, as it is the least naturally harmful for the spine. Sleeping on your back puts too much pressure on the upper back and hips, and leaves your lower back in a suspended state that is harmful in the long run. Likewise, sleeping on your stomach strains both your lower back and your neck. WebMD adds that sleeping on your side is the best at providing optimal air flow to the lungs.

2. Digestion

The way your intestines travel across your stomach, food waste will be processed faster if you sleep on your left side, Douillard writes on LifeSpa. In that position, food will travel more swiftly from your small intestine to your large intestine, then into the descending colon. It is even recommended to take 10-minute rests lying on your left side after eating to help your meal be better digested and to recover from the dreaded “food coma” quicker.

3. Lymph Draining

The majority of the lymphatic system is present on the left side of your body, Douillard explains, and when lymphatic congestion occurs, it is frequently on the left-hand side. So when you sleep on your left side, you’re allowing gravity to take some of the pressure of lymph drainage away from your heart and your spleen, both of which are also located on the left side of your body.

These tidbits all point to the left side as the clear winner in the competition — but Dr. Steven Park, sleep professional, tells WebMD that trying to forcefully change the position you sleep in could actually make things worse, as you’ll be breaking your sleeping habits. However, if you struggle with finding a position in the first place, give it a try and let us know how you feel in the comments section later!

Metallic barriers at the side of roads are meant to keep people safe, preventing cars from going off the highway.

However, if a car hits one of these barriers at great speed, the consequences can be serious.
Recently, however, the South Korean company ETI developed a new kind of barrier specifically designed to save people’s lives and reduce the chance of the driver or passengers being injured.
Plastic rollers are installed between the metal columns of the barrier. While the metal part absorbs the force of the car’s impact, the rollers begin to turn, ensuring that the car doesn’t turn over, and at the same time reducing the potential damage to the car.
